| We met when we were both 19 years old, and literally grew up together. In fact we were introduced on Robin’s second day of college! We spent the next four years of school studying, hanging out with friends, attending class, and finally graduating together. Shortly after graduation, we moved across the country to San Francisco. California was an adventure filled with road trips, biking, hiking, snow boarding, making new friends, and relaxing on the beach! Two years later we ended up back on the east coast (and much closer to home!) living in and around Boston. We spent the next six years there, advancing our careers, buying our first home, and giving birth to our first child! It was also when we knew that Robin was going to stay at home to be a fulltime Mommy. We planned, saved and made that dream a reality. |
| We quickly realized after Cecilia was born how much we missed our families, friends, and how much we wanted to be home. Three months later we were moving into our new home, just two blocks away from the house Nico grew up in, and near some very happy new grandparents! Cecilia was pure bliss for us. We felt overwhelming joy by being her parents, and felt blessed that she was part of our lives. A few years later, along came Lucia. From the moment she was born, we knew how wonderfully she fit into our family. She was loved by all, but most by her big sister. And even still today, the bond that Cecilia and Lucia have, amazes us. Now as we write this profile, we can’t wait to introduce the newest addition to our family, so that we can all love, nurture, teach and treasure them. |
